Orders Are Usually Shipped Within 2-4 Business Days M-F. 

Orders placed before 3:00CDT MON-FRI (no weekend package pick up) will usually ship the next day. 

Small orders under 2lb will usually ship US Priority Mail. Others will ship via FEDEX (standard ground) or UPS standard ground. 
Please provide a complete street address and Business name when applicable. FEDEX and UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Due to the new FEDEX/UPS delivery policy, rural address will take a few extra days for delivery.

**Customer is responsible for any return fees.

We accept: PAYPAL, AMERICAN EXPRESS, M.C., VISA, DISCOVER, and CASH


FEES

We reserve the right to change, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the fees for the Service. Changes are published to the Site and Application and are effective after (4) days notice is given. The Company reserves the right to temporarily change the fees for promotional events. Such changes are effective once the temporary promotional event is posted to the Site or Application.

THE SITE, SERVICES AND COLLECTIVE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ‘AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM BULLYKAMP PRODUCTS LLC OR THROUGH THE SITE, APPLICATION, SERVICES OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it or before it is confirmed - whichever comes first. If 1 hour has passed from when you placed the order and/or the order has been confirmed, then the order cannot be canceled. 


RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New In Box, and Clean purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on specific items (e.g., Custom, Defect items) any used items, or any items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page. 

You have 1 day to request a return from the date you received the item(s).

Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:

    • Item(s) must include the Return Label provided by us—Please note: Returns will not be processed without a BULLYKAMP PRODUCTS Return Label.
    • Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.
    • Item(s) must be shipped to us within 1 day from receiving your Return Label. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

    Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you, by issuing you site credit (BULLYKAMP credit) to use on future purchases, except as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.

    If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email and you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you. If you choose to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. 

    If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will consign the item(s) on your behalf and activate the listing(s) at the same price you paid for such item(s) and if the item(s) are sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy.

    If your return request is not approved by us because the item(s) were inauthentic, you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you or disposed of by us in our reasonable discretion.
